7 Day MWH Hydration Challenge

The easiest way to look and feel better TODAY! #drinkyourwater

So, y'all know I love a challenge, right? If you've been following me for some time then of course you do!

Well, I have a brand new challenge I'm starting this Monday morning, and I wanted to invite you along.

It's to:

Drink. More. Water.

Simple, right?

I already drink the recommended amount which is:

1/2 your body weight in ounces per day

But I'm taking it up a notch.

Starting Monday my new goal is a gallon a day (or at least 3 liters)

Since I'm still currently FULL TIME breastfeeding my youngest, enjoying my caffeine (coffee in the morning), and sweat sessions with my home workouts, I'm choosing to aim for extra hydration.

Why?

Simple. These activities--nursing, drinking caffeine, and sweating--deplete your precious body of that much needed hydration. Since I'm doing all three--I'm aiming for the full gallon a day.

So, ready to glow up with our MWH Water Challenge? Awesome! Here's some benefits you can expect and some things to keep in mind:

Benefits You Can EXPECT:

-More vibrant skin

-Brighter eyes

-More energy

-Better digestion

-Better mood

-Healthier kidneys

-Prettier hair, skin, and nails

-Weight loss

-Less bloating

And...some additional tips:

-Create a water goal that works for you--one that is a challenge for you but that is attainable

-If you can, pour all your water goal out in the morning so you can visually know what you have to go

-Set hourly reminders on your phone to remember to sip!

-Remind yourself of the benefits of staying hydrated

-Aim to finish your goal within 4 hours of bed so you don't have to keep waking up in the night to go!

-Record how you feel in a journal after the 7 days and if--scratch that--when, you see the benefits--continue!

Why not make healthy living a lifestyle, not just a quick fix?

Cheers to drinking our water and minding our business!

XO,

Monica
