As a homeschooling mompreneur of 4 precious babies, my time is limited. I, like you, am a busy gal.
And I deeply desire to be a great mommy.
But my desire to be the best mom I can be doesn't take away my (other) desire to continue to evolve, level up, care for my own body, mind, and spirit.
In other words, I love my babies, but I still love me and am fiercely committed to my own wellness as a mother.
These desires to:
1) Be the best mom I can be and
2) Care for my own wellness
...inspired me to create the Moms Wear Heels 14 Day Busy Mom Challenge.
I wanted to create and share with other busy boss moms how we can still look and feel great even though we have a to-do list a mile long.
How are my workouts great for busy moms specifically?
Simple. I designed our workouts to burn fat and build lean muscle simultaneously using a combination of AMRAP & HIIT--in short, YOU WILL FEEL THE BURN! And all our workouts are 20 minutes on average.
